The Hong Kong Securites and Futures Commission (SFC) periodically issues circulars to its member firms alerting them to changes made by the UN to its Al-Qaida sanctions (they include a PDF of all the web notices issued since the last circular) and relevant to US Executive 13224 (they provide a link to OFAC's terrorism sanctions program PDF, which includes all the listings).
